PeakBridge (Helping the greatest entrepreneurs to get to the peak and from one peak to another) was created by Erich Sieber and Nadav Berger. Erich, after a long career at Nestle joined as the 1st. recruit of the Nestle's fund of one with $800MM under management. After 18 years there met Nadav who came from a 3 generation food manufacturing family in Israel and who was behind the creation (as a co-founder) of FoodLab and FoodLab Capital (DouxMatok, Innovopro , NextFerm....).

PeakBridge has become a core partner at the EIT Food and by that has a unique deal flow, DD capabilities and mainly the ability to help great ventures to scale.

Joined by exceptional executives like Dr. Ellen de Brabander (PepsiCo), Prof. Howard Shapiro (UC Davis and Mars) , Yoni Glickman (Frutarom/IFF), Mike Hecker (Nespresso), Rick Borenstein (Sequoia partners).......PeakBridge is positioned as the most value adding fund in the FoodTech space.

PeakBridge is a registered UN PRI and has a firm strategy on its potential impact on planet and humanity. After 2d close and 6 investments PeakBridge is looking to final close by Easter 2021 and continue investing in the best FoodTech Startups and entrepreneurs.
